Did you know? A dog's nose is equipped with special sensors which help detect foreign particles that shouldn't be there. When these sensors detect something that shouldn't be there, special broom-like structures lining the dog's nose and lungs known as cilia, spring into action, and with the help of a sneeze, sweep the irritants out of the dog's lungs and out of the dog's body.
